I will continue to follow you. <br /><br />Best advice I could give you (3 time mom): Do not go crazy your first pregnancy (I gained 85 pounds). I thought it was an excuse to eat whatever I wanted. I still am trying to lose that baby weight (10 years ago). Eat healthy and continue to exercise. The weight will come off so much easier.
